Along with their globe-trotting travel, Linda and Justin Gardner share a passion for all things Jewish.

Together they exemplify the generous spirit of tzedakah, most often sharing their good fortune with no fanfare—the highest form of tzedakah. They have both been intensely involved in Jewish affairs.

Justin is a man of great stature, a commanding presence combined with a generous heart. For six decades he has devoted time, energy and resources to enriching the Oklahoma Jewish community. Following in the footsteps of his father, Justin has served as President of Emanuel Synagogue, devoting years of service and support. He has served as Jewish Federation Vice President and has been a longtime board member. Currently he serves as trustee on the Oklahoma City Jewish Foundation.

Linda is a woman of nobility, strength, spirit and generosity. Born and raised in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in England, Linda’s role models were her parents, who where always involved in Jewish life. Linda is the immediate past-President of the Jewish Federation and has chaired numerous fund-raising events. Linda continues to prepare food packages with homemade challah for delivery to homebound and recovering community members.

Both Justin and Linda are ardent advocates for Israel, traveling there on countless missions. Justin was honored at an Israel Bonds event and represented business interests on the first OKIE mission to Israel with Governor David and First Lady Rhonda Walters, and on another mission with congressperson Mary Fallin.

Justin and Linda’s deep sense of Jewish value and sincere commitment to the Jewish community of Oklahoma City has led them to be generous supporters of the Chabad Community Center since its inception. They are proud of their investment in Chabad, and continue to see great returns in the form of increased Jewish pride, knowledge and spirited tradition.

The couple derives much nachas from their shared family of six daughters and spouses, twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
